All Sales Are Final.
Because all orders are custom-made based on customer-uploaded artwork, we do not offer refunds or returns.
Replacements
We will only offer a replacement if:
- The item you received is incorrect or missing
- The item was damaged during shipping
To request a replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photo(s) of the product and packaging
We do not offer replacements for:
- Customer file/design errors
- Color or resolution issues due to the uploaded file
- Orders delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect customer information
