All Sales Are Final.
Because all orders are custom-made based on customer-uploaded artwork, we do not offer refunds or returns.

Replacements

We will only offer a replacement if:

  • The item you received is incorrect or missing
  • The item was damaged during shipping


To request a replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photo(s) of the product and packaging


We do not offer replacements for:

  • Customer file/design errors
  • Color or resolution issues due to the uploaded file
  • Orders delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect customer information
